The newly-built, cedar-shingled, four-season
Stony Cove Camp features a large deck set high in the surrounding
trees and woods on two sides with private access to a stony cove and
beach area for swimming and launching kayaks and canoes.
There is a nearby public launch for trailered powerboats that
can be tied to a private pier at the Stony Cove.
The interior of the Camp
includes a bedroom and closet with a queen-sized bed, an open living-dining-kitchen
area with cathedral ceiling, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and
a loft with double and twin-sized beds. All the mattresses are new. The kitchen includes complete sets of dishes,
pans, and silverware; and a stove and refrigerator. There is a pullout couch along with a television,
radio, and CD player. A
grill is located on the deck for outdoor cookouts
